Your safety and privacy are our foundation.
Still Space does not collect or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners. The app does not show ads and does not track you across other apps or websites.
All your entries — mood journal, completed actions, chat history, settings — are stored on your iPhone or iPad and encrypted using AES-256-GCM (Apple CryptoKit). Encryption keys are stored in your iCloud Keychain and never leave Apple’s infrastructure.
If you are signed in to iCloud, certain data may sync between your own devices through Apple’s iCloud Key-Value Storage. This sync happens entirely through Apple’s infrastructure — we have no access to your synced data and cannot read, share, or use it.
Still Space includes an AI chat feature. When you send a message:
We do not permanently store your chat conversations on our servers. Cloudflare and Anthropic may temporarily process and log request metadata as part of standard service operation. Anthropic’s data practices are governed by their Privacy Policy.
Your full chat history is stored only on your device, encrypted. You can delete all chat data at any time in Settings → Delete all data.
Still Space supports voice input for journaling and chat. Speech recognition uses Apple’s built-in Speech framework.
We do not have access to your voice recordings or transcriptions. No audio data is sent to our servers.
With your explicit permission, Still Space can read data from Apple Health (sleep, activity, menstrual cycle). This data is used only to personalize your recommendations within the app. Health data is never sent to any server, never shared with third parties, and never used for analytics. You can revoke access at any time in your device Settings.
Still Space uses Amplitude to collect anonymous usage statistics — only with your explicit consent given during onboarding.

Still Space may send reminders to help you maintain your self-care routine. Most notifications are scheduled locally on your device. The app uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs) to support delivery of notifications even when the app is not running. We do not send notification content through APNs — only delivery triggers. No personal data is included in push notifications. You can manage notification settings within the app or in your device Settings.
Still Space offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions managed entirely through Apple’s App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. All transactions are processed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For full terms, see Apple’s Standard EULA.
Still Space does not require creating an account, logging in via email or social networks. You just open the app and use it. No passwords, no profiles.
Your data is stored on your device and may be synced via iCloud between your own devices. To permanently delete all data — including iCloud copies — use the “Delete all data” button in Settings before removing the app. If you simply delete the app, data synced to your iCloud account may remain. No data is ever stored on our servers.
Still Space is intended for users 18 years or older (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we make changes to this privacy policy, you will see the updated version in the app. We will never start collecting new types of data without your explicit consent.
